About the MSC Seaview
MSC Seaview is one of the newest ships in the MSC Fleet. She is the sister ship to the MSC Seaside and continues MSC Cruises trend of creating glam ships.
The ships has many family friendly features such as the LEGO kids clubs, ropes course, bowling alley and the longest zip-lines at sea.
The pools are also family friendly with a solarium for all ages and a children’s pool complete with multiple water slides.
MSC Seaview is a real party ship with many bars and nightclubs. The main atrium is designed to be the center of the ship and each evening you can find a DJ and entertainment into the early hours.
The ship sails the Mediterranean in the summer months and South America in the winter months.
MSC Seaview Cruise Vlog Episodes
Day 1 Naples, Italy
We began our trip at the La Ciliegina Hotel in Naples. The hotel was the perfect spot to see the city and was just steps away from the cruise port.
The hotel is tucked away in a courtyard near the central square. Upon arrival we where greeted with chocolates and a glass of Prosecco!
Day 2 Boarding Day
After a restful nights sleep at the hotel, we took the short walk to the Cruise Terminal where we boarded the ship. After boarding we went to our cabin which was already ready and unpacked.
That evening we dined in the Asian Kitchen by Roy Yamaguchi. Asian Kitchen is à la carte restaurant serving gourmet Asian creations, a Sushi Bar, and an area with Teppanyaki Grills.
Day 3 Valetta, Malta
Day 3 we arrived in the beautiful port of Valetta. Valetta is the capital of Malta. The cruise terminal is only a short walk from the town and the main attractions.
We decided to use the Hop On Hop Off bus to see the City of Valetta and the Blue Grotto.
Day 4 Messina, Italy
In the morning we enjoy a scenic stroll along the waterfront of Messina. Later in the evening we dined at Ocean Cay, the restaurant by two-Michelin-starred chef Ramón Freixa.
Day 5 Sea Day
Our sea day was the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the ship. We enjoyed drinks in almost every bar onboard and returned to the Asian Kitchen for more delicious food.
Day 6 Barcelona, Spain
Our final port was Barcelona in Spain. We took this opportunity to film our ship tour as the ship was quiet compared to other days.
Later that evening we dined at Butchers Cut. Butchers Cut is MSC Cruises American style steakhouse.
The next day disembarked the ship in Genoa, Italy. Disembarkation was smooth and very simple. We took a quick taxi to the airport for our flight home to London.
