About Us

Formally known as Honest Cruising, we are now Cruise with Ben & David.

Cruise with Ben & David began as a passion project two years ago as a way to share our love to cruising and dispel the old stereotypes.

We produce high quality cruise ship tours, stateroom tours, cruise vlogs and cruise advice on YouTube.

Since our first upload, we have been blown away at the response to our channel. We have surged to over 10,000 YouTube subscribers and growing each day.

In our day jobs, we’re industry professionals specialising in television production, design and social media.

We have worked with most of the large cruise lines across all sectors including Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, MSC Cruises and Viking Cruise Line.

In addition, we have been selected as the ambassadors for the CLIA Choose Cruise campaign and nominated as Best Cruise Bloggers at the 2019 Wave Awards.

Originally I come from Sunderland in North East England. After studying at Sunderland University, I began my career as a camera operator for the BBC and Discovery Channel.

As well as video production, photography is also a passion and I have previously produced photography freelance for the BBC, various travel publications and and local newspapers across the country.

Currently, I am a Digital Communications Executive specialising in Twitter and YouTube.

What I love most about cruising are the destinations. You are able to see so many countries in one trip without the need to keep unpacking your suitcase.

My favourite destination is the Caribbean as I love the sunshine and visiting the different islands.

My cruise goals are to complete a World Voyage and sail the Panama Canal.

I originally come from Hull in Yorkshire and moved to Sunderland to study which is where I met Ben.

Back on dry land, I am a Head of Design at a digital media company based in London. I have had the opportunity to work with brands such as the Financial Times and The Telegraph.

My favourite part of cruising is sailing away. I love the feeling when you are pulling from a dock and seeing the land disappear in the ship’s wake.

My favourite destination,  so fa, is the Norwegian Fjords because of the stunning views and unique ports of call.

My cruise goals are to see Alaska, Australia and the Pacific.
